Meet Mala

Mala Grewal is a successful Motivational Speaker, Facilitator, Coach, Author, and Change Consultant. Her innate ability to intuit development possibility within her clients and share her infectious energy creates focus and drive toward sustainable transformation.

Mala has always been deeply committed to human beings’ ability to create and change. She has dedicated her career to enabling individuals, teams, and organizations to build journeys that not only matter, but matter enough to them. She began her career consulting officer teams on change initiatives with the United States Navy and continued her change management work at the world’s leading general aviation firm, Universal Weather and Aviation. Mala became a Regional Vice President at Partners in Leadership, coaching senior leadership teams on how to build cultures of accountability and deliver on key business results. She facilitated Leadership in a Digital Age programs for Visa, Nestle, and Disney global teams. Mala continues to facilitate GROW® coaching sessions and trains organizations to help Millennials and GenZ bridge cultural, identity, and performance gaps. Most recently, she launched INQ™, her personal development firm.

Mala regularly shares her charismatic and powerful presence with various audiences spanning numerous industries. Her background in theater and vocal performance, along with her natural enthusiasm, sense of humor, and curiosity for life, make her a dynamic hit with groups from around the world.
